These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 88bbjl ("88bbjl," "we," "our," "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://88bbjl.cam (the "Platform"). Each player may hold only one registered account with 88bbjl. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify 88bbjl support immediately via live chat.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 88bbjl is legally required to verify the identity of all players prior to permitting withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include: Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys (national ID), driver's license, PRC ID, UMID, or voter's ID. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. 88bbjl does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All funds deposited to your 88bbjl account are held for gaming purposes only. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit (the "source of funds" rule), in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. • Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bbjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to PAGCOR, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, in contravention of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino or poker;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal game conditions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to access your account.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, images, game assets, and design elements accessible through the 88bbjl Platform are the intellectual property of 88bbjl or its licensed content providers (including game studios and live dealer operators). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 88bbjl Platform without the prior written consent of 88bbjl or the applicable rights holder. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88bbjl's liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the player's verified account at the time the relevant claim arises.

88bbjl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 88bbjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88bbjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond 88bbjl's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. 88bbjl will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance periods.

88bbjl is committed to operating a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 88bbjl players and can be activated through account settings at any time:

Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by 88bbjl — your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory directive, or security considerations.

Your continued use of the 88bbjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 88bbjl Platform shall first be submitted to 88bbjl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. 88bbjl will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If the dispute is not resolved through this process, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, players may also submit unresolved disputes to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute handling procedures. 88bbjl cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
